POST TREATMENT ADVICE

DAY 1: Hate us today....Love us next month!

  1. Cool compresses as much as possible

  2. Compression to help support and improve discomfort

  3. Tylenol or something stronger can be given by one of our medical providers so just ask if needed!

  4. Go lay down!! We prefer to do this procedure later in the day so when done you can just wind down and go to bed. Try to get some rest and sleep through this part as the xylocaine is beginning to wear off.

DAYS 2-5: Bless your heart! We know....you look ridiculous with the swelling!! It's for the greater good we promise!!

  1. Cool compresses frequently

  2. Swelling is RIDICULOUS!! You've probably never had swelling like this before!

  3. Compression makes the area feel better and more supported

  4. Positive attitude needed with a little humor. We guarantee your family will be making "Nutty Professor" or snide comments!

  5. Pain is pretty much minimal to none

DAYS 5-7:

  1. Cool compresses are really not needed anymore

  2. Compression still helps the area feel supported

  3. Swelling is improved dramatically

  4. No pain is to be expected but there is a "weird tingly numb" sensation when rubbing over the area

  5. You are not even at goal so do not be judging!

WHAT HAPPENS OVER THE NEXT 3 WEEKS?

  • Over the next 3 weeks you will be doing our Viora treatment that combines radiofrequency, heat & vacuum! After day 7 we recommend weekly. This treatment helps boost your results with further fat shrinkage and breakdown but also helps lymphatically move fat out of the area. One of the main things we also see is the skin being tighter and a smoother subcutaneous tissue because of this addition to the KYBELLA/LIPODISSOLVE treatment.

  • We added the Viora to help push expectations, help with swelling and help with comfort. Believe us! Without it we did not see the same results, swelling lasted longer, and the area was super tender even at one month.

FOLLOW UP EXPECTATIONS AND NUMBER OF TREATMENTS NEEDED

After your 3rd Viora session we like to do follow up pics with one of our medical providers and discuss results. At this time we decide if further treatments are needed. It is expected to have 1-3 treatments to get to goal and GUESS WHAT!!!!!????? Your results continue to progress weeks after this follow up visit.
