Why IV Vitamin Supplementation?
Better bioavailability of nutrients
Hydration
Allows body to absorb 10-20 times more nutrients
Whether you are boosting your immune system or looking for a quick jump in energy, we have cocktails of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fluids for hydration. For patients in our practice and surrounding area, the main targeted patients recommended for IV vitamin supplement treatments are those who have a history of gastric surgery who cannot tolerate their oral supplements as well as patients with gastrointestinal issues that may interfere with absorption of their vitamins. Our vitamin infusions are also for those looking to improve the root cause of inflammation and poor immunity which is leaky gut syndrome. Those working out in the West Texas and Eastern New Mexico’s heat day-in-and-day-out, dealing with dehydration, fatigue, muscle cramping, sleep disturbances, poor diet and lack of fluids are also welcome.
We offer discounted lab testing to assess deficiencies as well as markers to detect what treatments may be best for you such as our annual wellness panel and other markers such as G6PD, autoimmune disorders and hereditary cancers.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT LEAKY GUT IS?
The intestinal barrier allows essential fluids and nutrients through and keeps out antigens, bacteria, pathogens & toxins!!
70-80% of the body’s immune system can be found in the gut and gastrointestinal tract.
If the permeability of this lining is compromised, it could allow antigens and other bacteria to pass into the blood stream, while simultaneously making it difficult to retain necessary nutrients. This leads to a condition commonly referred to as
“Leaky Gut Syndrome”
What are factors that disrupt the normal function of the gut barrier?
low-fiber
gluten
processed-food diets
burn injuries
chronic alcohol consumption
infections.
There is growing belief in healthcare illnesses associated include:
food allergies
migraine
tiredness/chronic fatigue
asthma
autism
autoimmune disorders like: type1 diabetes, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, scleroderma & eczema
Supplementation with IV nutrition therapy is a popular choice as it can bypass any gastrointestinal problems by delivering nutrients directly to the blood stream.
Here are some things to expect after your vitamin infusion with extra information.
Do not expect to feel amazing immediately after! You may feel significantly better to slightly drowsy after your infusion. Most people report and increased energy the following 1-2 days. If used during illness, the hydration is such a positive as well as the antioxidants to help stimulate your immune system in fighting off illness quicker.
Continue your current meds without changes
Continue to improve hydration and flush toxins with drinking water
IV Vitamin Infusions are not recommended to 1% of the population but caution should always be there. Please let our staff know of any complications.
IV Vitamin Infusions are recommended every 3-4 weeks but can be done more frequently in times of illness and chronic inflammation. This should be discussed with one of our medical providers.
We do not offer mobile IV therapy unless a previous established patient-provider care is present and our staff is comfortable. We have a very comfortable environment and extended hours to facilitate the best care for you and the safety of our staff. For large groups or needed home visits please call our office and speak with our staff for scheduling.
Take a magnesium salt bath. The magnesium can help draw out more toxins from your skin, speeding up the process of detoxification.
If you are familiar with intermittent fasting, it is a good thing to try to let your digestive system take a break. Alternatively, consider going on a bone broth day. The fat and protein in the broth should keep you satiated. If you would like to do a juice fast instead, do include lots of vegetables in it as a fruit only juice can make you feel worse (due to its effect on insulin). Add some coconut oil to it to slow down absorption of glucose.
Try a colonic if safe and comfortable
If you have diarrhea like symptoms, do not take an anti-diarrheal but let the body dispose of as much poo as it needs.
Use of this injection is recommended in addition to changing your eating habits, getting at minimum 7 hours sleep, daily exercise, limiting sugars and processed foods in your diet, drinking more water, and monitoring your progress with your medical provider. A healthy weight loss goal of 1-2lbs. per week is recommended in our clinic.
Although vitamin absorption is best recommended through your diet, oral supplements and even patches, this treatment has it's place in our practice and recommended when the above are difficult to maintain. We don't believe in changing our formula for the simplest of issues, we give you the optimal amount of nutrients recommended unless medically indicated to adjust due to illness or current medications. Your diet and supplementation program are pertinent to your health, beauty and wellness. These are the fundamentals of health and a vital part of dealing with chronic illness.
